ID Logistics Canada has leased 1.1 million square feet at James Snow Business Park in Milton, Ontario, marking a major industrial leasing transaction in the Greater Toronto Area.
The lease is located at 10725 Louis St. Laurent Avenue, the largest building in the first phase of Oxford Properties Group’s James Snow Business Park. According to Oxford, the transaction represents the largest speculative industrial lease recorded in Canada.
James Snow Business Park is being developed as a large-scale, master-planned industrial campus. Once complete, the project is expected to include 14 buildings totaling approximately 3.3 million square feet. The first phase includes four buildings totaling approximately 1.55 million square feet.
In addition to the 1.1 million-square-foot lease with ID Logistics Canada, Oxford also leased approximately 300,000 square feet at the park to another logistics company. With both leases completed, the first phase of James Snow Business Park is now fully occupied.
Milton continues to be one of the most important industrial growth markets in the Greater Toronto Area.
